Mike and his team at Morrisville Heating and Air, Inc. did a great job on my install! On time, professional, no added cost!!! Great company.
I had my HVAC system replaced by Mike and his guys. I am extremely satisfied with the quality of work, promptness, and PRICE. I highly recommend them.
Tim is a hardworking guy whose workers are local tradesman. No unskilled, imported, or illegal workers were observed. The project was completed on budget, and the Trane equipment is a quality, American-made product. The work was completed neatly and in a timely fashion. Hired Morrisville Heating and Air, Inc. for maintenance and care of unit because of their competency and service-oriented talent.
Diagnosed and repaired leaking cooling coils. Responded with a visit within an hour. Replacement of coils went as specified. Great job.
They replaced the old system with a new heating and air conditioning system. It took one day for a team of people to get everything installed. It was quick, and I like their service.
Great communication and added help with wiring new thermostat to first visit at no up-change. Mike wore booties in house and was cool with kiddos running around. He showed me what he did and explained really well. We now have A/C upstairs and downstairs. The company responded in the morning after my late-night online request. Appointment range set, and they confirmed he was on the way the day of. Really comfortable to work and communicate with. Will use them 100% in the future at home we just moved into in Apex, NC. Thank you!
We have used Morrisville Heating and Air, Inc. several times in the past 12 years and have always had a positive experience dealing with Mike. Our furnace is now 18 years old and was having problems this week. We had another vendor come out to troubleshoot. They recommended a new furnace at $4,600. We called Mike. He came out and put in a new $50 part. The furnace is working great! He called the next day to make sure the furnace was working well. Mike is honest and always tries the most economical route to fixing the problem. I’d definitely recommend Mike for heating/AC issues.
Great company to do business with. Very prompt service and super nice office staff. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!
They were so helpful when my furnace broke on the coldest day of the year. I had a new furnace within 48 hours of it breaking. They were super professional, well-priced, and the office is friendly and efficient.
Great team. Mike does a great job, quotes responsibly, and his installation team does great work. Solid work replacing my 3-ton split unit.
I have two HVAC units replaced along with ducting on the 2nd floor. Everyone that I dealt with was extremely professional. Owner was very knowledgeable, office manager was excellent, and the installers were very conscientious. Price was very competitive, and they did an excellent job of documenting all applicable rebates. I highly recommend them and will use them in the future.
Annual inspection and cleaning of HVAC system went very well. Office staff was helpful in scheduling. Tech was helpful in explaining what he did.
I had used them for an air conditioning repair and was very happy with their service. They were great. I would definitely use them again if I needed to.
Well, the flip side of NC summers is that in the winter, we tend to be a little spoiled. However, when the heat doesn’t work on the first sub-30-degree day of the year, it’s still a shock to the system. Since we had a 20-year-old Goodman unit, we had a pretty good idea she was toast– so we looked up a Trane Comfort specialist for the service call. Despite receiving 4-5 other estimate requests that day, Mike was very responsive to our call and was out within 2 hours to take a look at the problems. Turns out it was a bad motor as well as a cracked heat exchanger– bummer. My disclaimer here is that my dad is a Trane guy– has been working in HVAC for over 45 years, but he’s way up in Ohio so not on hand to do a quick fix. So, I am biased to the Trane company and their well-known quality products. That said, last year, my dad took a look when he was here and made a recommendation for a replacement model when we were ready. I was happy that when Mike explained the problem, he made a recommendation for the exact same model, though he did provide a less expensive option as well. And when I called my dad for some price compare, his quote was within $20 as well for a much less expensive area of the country. So, we decided to replace the unit. Mike was able to do that with his crew the following day (thank goodness for our wood-burning fireplace and the load of wood we just got delivered). In addition to the standard service and installation, he also made sure that all permits and codes are 100% up to date. Mike was on hand to start his crew on the install. He also personally took care of the thermostat replacement and CO2 detector (standard requirement now it seems). And when it was clear that some of our intake duct was not up to code size, he replaced with no extra charge. All in all, I would definitely recommend Mike to any friends, and we’d use his company again in a heartbeat.
Worked on the financing with me, gave me a good price (I got several bids) and installed the unit nicely while protecting my carpet with lots of tarps on the way into my attic.
Morrisville Heating and Air, Inc. has changed out a total of 6 units for me in the past year at my business. I never once was disappointed. Highly recommend.
They did a check-up and repair on the furnace. Our furnace was not working. He fixed it with no difficulty. He even came out in bad weather. The secretary called me to let me know he was on his way. They came out about 3 hours after I called them. He got the repair done in about 20 minutes, as it was a simple fix. The technician was professional and knew what he was doing.
Very happy with the service from Morrisville Heating and Air, Inc. Unit was not cooling properly, and we needed yearly check. Brett was very friendly, professional, and explained everything to us. We will definitely use this company again.
I just had my air conditioning unit replaced by Morrisville Heating and Air, Inc. It was not replaced exactly where it was; they had to move it. So it was a little bit more money because it was sitting on an abandoned underground oil tanker that had to be moved. The old air conditioner was from 1989. The house has been glorious; it has really been nice. The house has been perfect, and it is a large, 2,400-square-foot house. They did a phenomenal job. I talked to four different companies, and everybody was telling me something different. Morrisville Heating and Air, Inc. was the only one to come in and tell me what I needed, not just try to sell me something. Morrisville Heating and Air, Inc. was not the least expensive, but was not the most expensive. Pricing was just a little bit lower than market. I have another house I want to do, and I would use them without a problem.
Had problem with heat pump; not heating properly. Contractor quickly diagnosed problems (burned-out capacitor, failed exterior unit fan motor, bad circuit breaker – yes, all three) and was able to fix one immediately (capacitor) and scheduled with me to fix the others as soon as part (fan motor) arrived from the manufacturer (Trane). The repairs went very smoothly. The contractor arrived early and completed the repairs much faster than estimated and at the cost that was quoted. The contractor’s diagnosis of the problem was accurate, and the repairs solved the problem.
